Jamón Serrano. This is one of the pillars of Spanish gastronomy and culture. Serrano ham is a type of dry-cured jamón, which comes from a breed of white pig. Jamondor’s Block jamón is highly recommended to make slices, smallest blocks or taquitos to taste to add to their stews such as Cocido, Lentejas, Croquetas…, which will acquire a unique aroma and flavor.
